The last years after the fall of the neoliberal order and consequently of the Monopolar Order which had its advent with the Washington Consensus to the detriment of the consolidation of a New Multipolar Order more inclusive and less oppressive than the previous one, the claims of the economic blocks of the South above all the promotion of their processes of decolonization and of Cultural Renaissances which result from it in order to favor the economic alignment of these different blocks so that they can have a greater influence in the multilateral organizations and inaugurate a new South North dialogue with its consequences Transformation in the relations of cultural hegemony that these blocs by 2030 producers of 80% of the world’s GDP will be able to establish.
Therefore, in our Renaissances (African, Latin, Russian, Hindu, Chinese, Southeast Asian and Middle Eastern), we must start doing our homework in our own backyards, starting by promoting the process of decolonization of our cultural elites, especially in academia. and the production of knowledge, because in these new times when the neoliberal Order of the markets and its invisible hands have proven what they have become in our economies after the advent of the bankruptcy of Leman Brothers in 2008 with the crisis of this model, the need for the development of “real and solid” processes in our economic models which are in harmony with our own vocations and in accordance with our fundamental cultural characteristics which often passed through mechanisms which led to the epistemological erasure of the framework of our original civilizational values necessary for the establishment of this process of development of our “real” economies according to our own vocations.
In this context, the rescue of our civilizing values from African and indigenous matrices takes on an importance that goes beyond its pure institutional recognition for reasons of simple appreciation of our culture within the framework of a national identity construction, in addition, they gain central importance in our process of economic and social development in this new context of this new Multipolar World Order in which the Studies of this Cultural Anthropology of the Economy, resulting from our Civilizing values acquire a value and a central weight.
Thus, by introducing the arguments for the Study of the work in question, I draw attention to them in an innovative way, which I explain during the work to show that even if it deals largely with formal aspects within Decoloniality Studies which such themes relate to our traditional societies of African and indigenous tactile matrices and comprehensively where necessary, it is no longer a work with the usual view on the subject, Although it treats the themes with all the necessary formality, this work intends to be innovative, pioneering and avant-garde in what it proposes, beyond the simple classic study of the themes in question without bringing in itself no fact or new critical and decolonial vision and which is not essential in this moment of transformations in cultural relations and in International Geopolitics through which our world passes.
In any case, we will study the cultural aspects of our peoples of African and indigenous matrices under this critical and innovative decolonial prism necessary for the process of decolonization that our cultural elites, of which the target audiences of this work are part as teachers, teacher trainers and university students, especially of the humanities at all levels.
